CLIENT POLICY

PAYMENT POLICY:
A valid credit or debit card is required to book an event or party. A Non-Refundable $50 deposit is to be paid in full within 24 hours of receipt of deposit invoice. The remaining balance will need to be paid in full by the date of the event prior to set-up.  Checks will only be accepted up until 4 weeks prior of the scheduled event. Our Laser Tag or GellyBall arena or will not be set-up until payment is received.

 

CANCELLATION/REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Our booking dates and times go quickly. A Non-Refundable deposit of $50.00 is required for all bookings to reserve the date and time.   The full remaining amount of the party will be due on the date of the event prior to set-up. If a conflict should arise and a change of date and/or time needs to be made up until 7 days before the event, accommodations will be considered based on availability at no charge, within three (3) months of the original event date and only once. NO REFUND will be issued in the event of reservation being canceled within 7 days of your event. We will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty; to another date should cancellation be necessary.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS
You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Lasermania Mobile Laser Tag or GellyBall equipment. Any observed use of illegal drugs or legal drugs used will result in the termination of the party immediately.

 

DAMAGE/INJURY:
Neither Lasermania Mobile Laser Tag and GellyBall nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the arena in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Lasermania Mobile Laser Tag and GellyBall reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the Laser Tag arena or any Laser Tag/GellyBall equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests. Neither Lasermania Mobile Laser Tag nor its employees assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

 

TIPS:
The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.

 

 

SANITATION:
Our laser tag arena, laser tag guns, GellyBall blasters, GellyBall mask and headbands will be sanitized before every event and will be wiped down during events as well.  Hand sanitizer may be available at the equipment table.

 

It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify that the place selected for game-play doesn’t violate any local laws, including homeowner’s association bylaws.

 

We can run games in public parks. However, many of them require you to apply for a permit and provide proof of liability insurance before setting up. The Customer will need to secure the proper permit by contacting the local State, County, or Municipality. Use of public property without permission is at the risk of the customer.  We cannot waive or reduce our fees if the laser tag is stopped for this reason.  Though this is rare it is worth mentioning.  We encourage you to get permission if using public property before booking your event.

Lasermania Mobile Laser Tag team members are responsible for making a weather related play/no-play decision. For a Mobile Laser Tag or GellyBall event that does not start, or has less than 50% of the expected playing time due to bad weather, the participants will be offered a rain makeup date. If possible an alternative indoor venue should be available for bad weather.
